Resolução da Assembleia da República n.º 90/2009 Artigo 24.º Aprova o Acordo entre a República Portuguesa e a Organização 1 — Todo o Estado membro pode submeter ao tribunal para a Proibição das Armas Químicas sobre os Privilégios e arbitral previsto no artigo 17.º da Convenção qualquer Imunidades da Organização para a Proibição das Armas Quí- litígio que: micas, assinado na Haia em 5 de Julho de 2001.
